• Molding Shop: (Disa-Auto Controlled ARPA-450 and ARPA-300 Molding Machine), fully automatic mold handling systems, full fledged sand plant of 20 tonnes/hour capacity with high advanced high speed intensive mixture and sand cooling system, casting shakeout conveyed through slate conveyor system
  
• Core Shop: Shell core shooters, cold box core shooters

• Melting Shop: 750 KW dual medium frequency inductotherm make induction furnace with 1 tonne capacity crucibles, 24'' diameter divide blast cooled cupola with pollution control device, molten metal transfer and pouring monorail material handling system, immersion type temperature measurement equipment, infrared type optical pyrometer, advanced C.E. meter with cooling curve analyzer for online testing
• Use of Eco-friendly Equipment: Wet scrubbers, dust collectors with pulse jet cleaners, cyclone separators, etc. (to maintain a hygienic working environment).
